I recently came across chigiri-e, the Japanese art form of collage with torn papers. It can be very traditional but there are also many artists exploring new and modern ways.
I am exploring, using different papers, mixing watercolours, making this technique mine.
That is chigiri-e, or any other technique. They are springboards to jump higher.
I love that you are always exploring, experimenting and enjoying art!
