Do you carry a sketchbook?
Do you carry a sketchbook? I often do, and when I do not have one, I regret it. Never know what I am going to see.
Below, from a sketch made at the museum, a styrocut and a card.

lovely prints! I always carry a sketchbook and am always glad that I did, not to make finished work but to draw sketches, ideas and notes of what I saw. sometimes it’s just a rough sketch with all the colours I saw written down. If someone else saw my sketchbook they would wonder what kind of artist I am with such things on the pages!
Ah! mais non, they would say what a great and intelligent artist, does not have to transcript everything, just hints for the memory. I do carry one too, a great habit to have, thank you Maureen.
Bonjour,
J’aime vraiment tes jolies cartes.
I never carry a sketchbook – notebooks yes
Great! I do have little notes and poems in my sketchbook, among other things, you must have some doodles in your notebook, if not give it a go
If I could draw, I most certainly would
Ah! you are on my favorite subject “every one can draw” . I know that as a fact. Remember when you were a kid, to know how to draw whas not a concern, you just did it.
I see that as writing, I like to write some poetry, I never studied it, and I dont know if it is any good, I just enjoy doing it.
Thank you BB
If I lived in your part if the world, I’d come for lessons on how to find that lost inner-kid artist :-
I would love that!
